Ingrid
is responsible for the development of the
knowledge database for Ravix
Group. She has over 30 years
of experience in finance and accounting management for
many diverse Silicon Valley companies, including software,
hardware, internet, life sciences and semiconductor companies.
Ingrid focuses her clients on building solid quality finance
and administrative infrastructures to position them for
future growth and business opportunities. During her career,
she has assisted clients through mergers, public offerings
and the post-IPO process, as well as numerous private
equity and debt financings. She specializes in business
planning, cash and profit management, equipment lease
line placement and capitalization/stock option administration
for her early-stage clients and works closely with management
to execute on their strategic plans.
Prior to co-founding Ravix Group, Ingrid spent two years
as a consulting CFO for David Powell, Inc. and eight years
as an independent consultant in CFO and Controller roles
for numerous technology start-ups in Silicon Valley. Prior
to commencement of her consulting career, she served in
various positions and finally as Vice President, Finance
and Treasurer for Masstor Systems Corporation, a manufacturer
of large-scale mass storage systems. Ingrid began her
career and spent four years with Arthur Andersen & Co.
where she earned her
CPA after graduating from Northern Arizona University with
a B.S. in Accountancy.
