Wilson serves as a consulting CFO for Ravix Group.  He is a CPA and has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and administration in Silicon Valley.  He has worked with Fortune 1000 companies and emerging publicly traded companies as well as early-stage startups.

Wilson’s industry focus includes manufacturing, software and life sciences and he has co-managed a public stock offering as well as a successful turnaround from near failure to progressive revenue growth approaching profitability.   His skills include financial planning and ongoing analysis of the execution of those plans.  His other critical skills include setup and management of accounting functions, cash management, investor relations, contract review, lease negotiations and interface with legal counsel and external auditors.

Prior to joining Ravix, Wilson consulted as an interim CFO and project director with other practices.  Preceeding his consulting career, Wilson served as corporate CFO for Verano (software applications) and Network Peripherals, Inc. (international networking solutions).  Prior to that, he worked in various accounting and finance roles for Sybase and Raychem, and began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).
