Kristine joined Ravix Group in 2005 as one of the firm's Human Resources consultants and was promoted to Director of HR Consulting in 2008.  She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience with start-up to mature companies in high technology, life sciences, insurance and retail.

Benefit implementation and employee relations are Kristine's areas of focus.  In addition to serving her clients, Kristine is responsible for managing and developing the HR consulting practice.  She is responsible for recruiting, job staffing and personnel training, and also performs staff audits at clients to assure service performance and consistency.

Kristine's prior experience includes fifteen years of benefits administration with various companies and six years of Employee Relations with Ross Stores.  She received her B.S. from University of California, Hayward and her M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.
