Connie joined Ravix at its founding in October 2000 as one of the firm's first consulting controllers.  She has almost 20 years of accounting and administrative experience with start-up to mid-size companies in life science and high technology industries, ten of which have been in a consulting capacity.

Accounting system setup and implementation are Connie's areas of focus.  In addition to serving her clients, Connie is responsible for quality control within Ravix's finance consulting practice.  She is responsible for recruiting, job staffing and personnel training, and also performs staff audits at clients to assure service performance and consistency.

Connie's prior experience includes three years as a consulting controller with David Powell, Inc. and ten years with the market relations firm of Regis McKenna Inc. where she served as Manager of Treasury Operations.  She received her B.S. degree from the University of California at Davis.
