Patty serves as a consulting CFO for Ravix Group and has twenty years of
experience serving
multiple clients providing financial and accounting management assistance and
in public
accounting for a variety of technology and other companies.
Patty's primary focus is on quality. For her clients, she first ensures all
financial records
are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and
will be audit-ready.
Then she focuses on putting the procedures in place to support the finance and
administrative
infrastructure to ensure management has appropriate oversight for all
transactions.
Contract review and administration, business planning and modeling, private
equity offerings,
capitalization and stock option administration are her strengths.
Prior to co-founding Ravix Group, Patty spent eight years as an independent
consultant in CFO
and Controller roles for many technology businesses in Silicon Valley and
Boulder, Colorado.
Patty has served in various positions at Maxtor Corporation, a disk drive
manufacturer,
spent seven years in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP and a sole
proprietor, and
has been employed by several small businesses in the finance and accounting
area. Patty
earned her B.S. in Business Administration from C.S.U., Chico and earned her
M.B.A. from
San Jose State University. Patty is also a Certified Public Accountant
(inactive),
Certified Management
Accountant, and is certified in Financial Management.
