Since co-founding Ravix Group in 2000, Patty has served as CFO for several high technology corporate start-ups, primarily internet and software, and since 2005 has focused solely on serving venture capital firms.  She is adept at managing fund audits and coordinating the partnership tax reporting to ensure timeliness and accuracy, and also assists with due diligence for certain investment opportunities.  As a CFO for venture capital firms, she is responsible for valuation analysis, quarterly reporting, managing limited partner communications, monitoring portfolio ownership positions, business planning and cash-flow forecasting, contract review and administration, overseeing the back-office functions, and ensuring procedures are in place to support the finance and administrative infrastructure to ensure management has appropriate oversight for all transactions.

Prior to Ravix Group, Patty spent eight years as an independent consultant in CFO and Controller roles for many technology businesses in Silicon Valley and Boulder, Colorado. Patty has served in various financial and cost accounting positions at Maxtor Corporation, a disk drive manufacturer, spent seven years in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP and a sole proprietor, and started her career as a bookkeeper / office manager for a chain of retail stores.  Patty graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration / Accounting from C.S.U., Chico and earned her M.B.A. from San Jose State University. Patty is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Certified Management Accountant, and is certified in Financial Management.
