Kevin serves as a consulting CFO with Ravix Group.  He has over 20 years of financial and operations management experience specializing in small and mid-sized technology organizations with global footprints.

Kevin’s expertise includes guiding organizations through strategic planning, new product implementations, accounting system implementations, contract negotiation and equity financing.  Kevin has also planned and directed corporate turn-around situations and the establishment of international operations.  He has successfully negotiated and closed three acquisitions.

Prior to joining Ravix Group, Kevin served in senior financial and operational roles at several Silicon Valley companies.  Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Humanex, Inc., a full service benefits brokerage and service provider.  Prior to Humanex, Kevin was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wabi Inc., a technology based electronic toy designer.  Prior to Wabi, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for ApplianceWare, a leading developer of Network Attached Storage Software.  Kevin also served as the senior financial and operations executive in three rapid-growth technology firms in Silicon Valley, including Quantum3D, MultiGen and The Complete PC.  He began his career as a senior auditor at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young). Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Cal State Hayward University.
