Her skills include strategic planning, financial modeling, financial planning, reporting and analysis, cost analysis, and operations management. Kathie has a deep operational background with a continuous mindset toward process improvement, which augments her financial analysis and planning capabilities.

Prior to joining Ravix, Kathie’s served as VP Finance & Administration for Neato Robotics (consumer products); Program Director and Director of Finance with eBay where she launched their Six Sigma program; and as Product Line Controller and Director of Finance at Agilent Technologies supporting technology and manufacturing operations. Kathie started her career with Hewlett Packard in a wide range of financial analyst and accounting roles.

Kathie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kathie cycles everywhere, logging in over 1,000 miles per year. She is an intellectually curious person and loves a challenge.
