Over the years, Morgan has worked in various capacities for many different companies. These experiences helped forge a highly disciplined approach to executive leadership, strategic planning, and financial management. Morgan easily adapts to his environment and provides a clear point of view throughout the decision-making process.

Prior to joining Ravix, Morgan co-founded a finance and accounting consulting firm. He also worked as CFO for Social Chorus and Executive VP of Finance and Administration for Hazelcast. Morgan also runs a small property management business.

Morgan received a B.S. in Accounting from California State University – Fresno and an MBA from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business.

In his spare time, Morgan enjoys CrossFit, playing basketball, attending sporting events, analyzing and handicapping professional sports, traveling, reading, app and website development, home improvement projects, and gardening.
